When people first meet Haru they may initially view him as a Doman nobleman based off of his elegant white and goldEastern Attire. His outfit has golden chains adorning the upper arm area of his clothing and connects to a large white hood around his neck. His pants, adorned with black and gold armor plating.

Haru himself is a rather fair looking individual with soft, pale skin as if he had not step foot outside in his entire life. He is average height, standing at 5'8". However, he is on the smaller side weight wise, having almost no muscle whatsoever.

His hair is as white as the snow and reaches down to the bottom of his neck. His eyes are the color of gold.

Haru’s Life Story

Chapter 1: Peaceful Upbringings [break][break]
Haru was born into a family who served under various lords around Doma. His parents instilled in him from the day he was born to be loyal, caring, and to always finish a job given. He grew up a pretty peaceful childhood alongside his father, mother, and a twin sister.

Yori Yashida, Haru’s father, would start the children's training at the young age of 5, training in the samurai technique and martial arts. Being as frail as he was when he was a kid, Haru did not do very well with the martial arts part of his training but instead focused his efforts on the sword.

Training at such a young age with a sibling often brings upon rivalry and jealousy, and it was no different for the Yashida siblings, each trying to outdo the other. His sister excelled in martial arts and hand to hand combat, while he did better with samurai technique and swordplay. One problem that he did have however was that he was not very thoughtful in techniques, oftentimes rushing into practice fights and failing. He was seen from others as weak and impulsive compared to his sister.

When the pair turned 16 they were separated by a chance of fate. His sister found a mentor to help further her training in martial arts, while he was hired by a local lord to help protect him. This was when Haru’s life took a drastic turn.

Chapter 2: The Loyal Samurai[break][break]
When Haru was 16 he went to work for a middle-aged lord by the name of Musaku. Not only did Musaku provide him with income and experience but he also took on the role of raising the young samurai.

Musaku was a scholar. He loved to study literature, culture, history, and the geography of the world. A lot of Haru’s life was spent accompanying Musaku on various journeys for relics or trips to foreign lands. He quickly became interested in the vast differences between each place, even reading some of Musaku’s books in his free time.

When it came to protecting his lord, Haru was still the same impulsive person as before, but it served to get the job done most of the time. His swordsmanship was in definite need of work but Musaku saw a bright light in the kid and enjoyed being around him nonetheless.

The two spent a good two years together traveling Doma and the rest of Etheirys, learning about the world, challenging dungeons to find various relics, and creating an expansive library full of books on history and geological factors from around Etheirys.

Chapter 3: Changing Tides[break][break]
The Cataclysm happened when Haru was eighteen. When it happened he Haru was back in Doma with his lord. The Cataclysm brought horrors and beasts unlike anything Haru had ever seen before and his life turned from peacefully obtaining relics to accompanying Musaku to various villages and towns in order to help in the recovery efforts.

Through the next few years Haru gained a curiosity for these newer sights and found the changes in his world very interesting, and while life was harder than before, Haru still found a way to stay positive about things.

With Doma being weakened by the event, it did not take long before opportunists took hold of the situation. Garlemald came in like a hurricane and caused misfortune to whoever did not cooperate with their take over, the loudest of these being Musaku who saw it as a destruction of their home.

The empire would send soldiers to burn down the lord house late at night as an example of what would happen to others if they didn’t conform. Musaku, being asleep, could not make it out in time and caused his life to be taken from him. The house was completely gone after this and none of the lord's work or research remained. This was the first time Haru felt hatred towards another living being.

Chapter 4: Wandering Ronin

After the situation had died down, Haru set off on his own journey to rewrite his late lords works, help rebuild doma and other places around Etheirys, and take back his home from the hands of Garlemald.
