Regia has a mixture of both her Garlean and Viera sides. Her body lacks the size of the Viera, instead standing at an average height of 5’5”. She wears a white overcoat with a pair of black shirt and pants. Down the middle of her outfit is an orange stripe.

Moving onto her facial features, long white Viera ears adorn the top of her head, sticking out like thorns in the Empires eyes. Her hair is white as snow and reaches to the bottom of her neck, her bangs covering her right eye. Connected to her head and ears are small, black and yellow magitek accessories.

Her hands have many scars on them thus she hides them with black gloves.

REGIA'S HISTORY

Chapter 1: The Soldier and the Rabbit[break][break]
Regia’s story begins before she was brought into the world. It begins with a young Viera woman and a young Garlean Scientist. The Garlemald Empire, eyes on expansion, led multiple raids on the jungle that the young Viera woman resided in. During these Raids it was not uncommon for the empire to take not only resources but the inhabitants too, hoping to turn them towards the empire. The Viera Woman was one of these people, deciding it was better to serve Garlemald than have her loved ones hurt or even worse.

While living in the empire the Viera Woman met a scientist for the empire, one who’s eyes thirsted for the growth of technology and knowledge. Thus an idea was born: He would make an enhanced child, carrying both the speed of the Viera and the knowledge of the Garleans. He would take the Viera Woman and take her on as his assistant during this process.

This would prove to be a failure when the child turned out to have only inherited the intellectual side of her two parents. The first failure would not deter her father though as he would turn to magitek, going through surgery after surgery to connect parts to her ears, legs, and head. These also proved to be worthless and no more than just mere accessories.

Chapter 2: Growing up[break][break]
Growing up, Regia had a very lonely life, causing her to become very cold and distant from people. She didn’t really have any friends but found herself in the company of animals a lot of the time.

The other citizens of Garlemald looked down on her with disgust. Not only was she not “Pure Garlean” but she wasn’t even able to reap the traits that her counter-race had as she was athletically inferior to all her peers. In her free-time she developed a passion for machines and magitek, oftentimes finding scraps and creating small toys and robots with them. These would be her only friends.

Her relationship with her parents was one of respect and duty. They instilled in her a love for the empire and was told from a young age stories about how the empire saved her mother from a disaster. This was mainly headed by her mother who fell in love with the rich life they had been afforded.

Chapter 3: Advancements [break][break]
As soon as she became old enough, she started to attempt to join the military as a scientist, in hopes that she could better serve the empire and it’s goals. Her intelligence was superior to most others but due to her ears, she was denied. She would try again and again, failing each time.

She then turned to making a name for herself, creating her own magitek weapons to make her known enough to be accepted not only by the Garlean Military but by the empire itself.
